In addition to the uniformed officers that walk the street and drive around, we have a speical police task force tasked to stop the corperate and goverment assassins from wreaking widescale havoc.  The Task Force is plain clothes, and under direct orders to keep their existance a secret from the general populace.  Any assassin whom is discovered (by witnesses or innocent deaths), is fair game for the Police Force.
    Only the Task Force Captain name will be public (Either the Game Master or a 'dead' player with GM-type powers and approval), as "Head of Inter-departmental Relations".  The Captian has several bodyguards, makng him as immortal as the GM, also the Task Force HQ (TF Capt house) is to be treated as a safe zone.
