Here's the pilot skills (st version) that go with the St Surfer OCC

The first percentage is pilot skill, (for manuvers), the second is for tricks and stuff.  Note:  Anyone can hop on one of these and within 2 days ride it, these are the NY messangers and guys with videos, people who do crazy stuff (St Surfers).  The base percentage for doing anything outragous *without* these skills is 25% with the minuses that St Surfers get for manuvers (coming soon!)
 

  • Pilot Water Scooters 60/40% (+4%) (iffy as a St Surfer thing)
  • Pilot Surfboards and Snowboards 40% (+4%) (Tricks and using it are the same)
  • Pilot Hoverboards 60/35% (+5%)
  • Pilot Skyboards and Jetboards 50/30% (+5%)
  • Pilot Rollerblades/Iceskates 50/30% (+5%)
  • Pilot Bicycle 60/40% (+5%)
  • Pilot Trick Bike 60/45% (+5%)
  • Taking a skill 2x is +15%
    Related Skills are -25% (skateboards/hoverboards/jetboards/snowboards\\Bycycle/Trick Bike)

    Skateboards:  The most common and cheapest
    Cost: 50-125 Credits,
    1.5x spd attrubute
    Jumps 1-5' high

    Snowboards:  Limited usefulness, fairly expensive
    Cost:  200-400 Credits,
    20 mph top spd

    Surfboards:  Limited usefulness, but cool in ocean setttings
    Cost:  300-350 credits,
    Spd up to 30mph

    Hoverboards:  Very common, very useful, except on water
    Cost:  150-500 Credits,
    2x Spd attrubute
    Jumps1-8' high

    Skyboards:  Highly expensive (compared to other St surfer vehicles), but they can fly up to 1,000' in the air, travel at  70-120Mph (depending on quality), and can travel over any terrain. Often customized with weapons.
    Cost: 2,500 credits starting price.  100 credits for customizing, 500 Cdr for each 10mph over 70mph
    Spd: 70+mph
    Jumps, not applicable (can fly)

    Jetboards:  Like a skyboard, but for ground transportation, less expensive
    Cost:  1,000 credits, 100 for each 10mph above 30 (max 90)
    Spd:  30mph base
    Jumps up to 50' high

    RollerBlades:  Cheap and versatile, a St surfer Favorite, not useful on rough terrain
    Cost:  75-125 credits
    Spd: 1.75x Spd attubute
    Jumps 3' or equal to nat ablites RollerSkate:  Lamer rollerblades, cheaper and les useful
    Cost 25-50 Credits
    Spd 1.25x spd atturbute
    Jump 4'

    Ice Skates:  A specalized item, pilot skill means Figure or speedskater
    Cost: 200Credits
    Spd 2x spd atturbute (Figureskates) or 4x spd atturbute (SpeedSkates)

    Trick Bike:  A small bicylce designed with jumps and tricks in mind.
    Cost:  150-400 Credits, usually an extra 100-175 in customizing
    Spd 1.75x spd attirbute
    Jumps 3'

    Mountian Bike:  A larger, heavyduty bicycle designed for manuverablity, ruggedness and some speed.
    Cost: 250 for a basic model, 350 for front supension (+5% pilot), 500 both supension (+10% pilot).  +150 customizing, and some pirces go as high as 1,000 Credits)
    Spd:  2.5x spd attrubute
    Jumps: not much...
     

    Street Bike:  A light fast bicycle for speed demons.
    Cost:  500Credits basic, 100 cdr customizing, up to 1,500 for top quality bike
    Spd 3-4x spd atturbute
     

     Street Surfers are riff-raff who find that you can't challange the system without a way to get around.  their death-defying stunts and trickery are infamous.  These are the Kristi <sp> Yamaguichi's, Hardcore Skaters, and others that are able to do crazy things.

        Street Surfers choose 1 primary mode of transportation and 1D4 secondaries, they are limited to weapons no larger than a carbine or machete (note chains, whips are allowed even it length is too long). There are two basic types of Street Surfers, Rats and Fashions.  Rats are your sterotypical CityRats/Punkers with the outragous hair, leather, studs, chains, patches etc.  The Fashons (as in Fashion Plates) are the Street punks who'll buy $100 pants By Fila/Rebok and that sorta stuff.

    The St surfer vehicles are:
    Skateboards,
    Snowboards,
    Surfboards,
    Hoverboards,
    Skyboards,
    Jetboards,
    RollerBlades,
    RollerSkates,
    Ice Skates,
    Trick Bike,
    Mountian Bike,
    Street Bike.

    They are *not* allowed to take any other Pilot execpt Pilot Motorcycle at -20%. Anything else they don't care about.

        They like Spd and PP enhancements, and will accept 1 or 2 Crazy Implants or Spd/Mental JAPES.  Often they will use drugs, espally Rush, Boing-go, Crash, Amphmetines, Coke, Caffine, ciggerettes.

    OCC Requirements:  PP 12+ (prefably 16+)
    Alignment: Any, Usually Anarchist, unprincipled and Miscreant

    OCC Skills:
    Lang of birth 98%
    (in proper worlds Lit as above 98%)
    (In Arcopolis, Computer Operation +20%)
    Streetwise +20%
    Pilot: Favorite St Surfer vehicle 98%
    Pilot: Either 1D4 other St Surfers vehicles at +15%
            Or 1 per 10 IQ +25%
    Basic Math +5%
    Running
    WP of choice (See limitations)
    HTH Basic
    Note: HTH Basic Can be upgraded to HTH Martial Arts at the cost of 1 skill (due to their High PP, no otherHTH froms can be learned and, No you can't learn the cool N&SS Forms)

    OCC Related Skills:  Choose 10, 2 must be Rogue, 2 Phsyical.
            +1 WP at 5th level, +2 skills at 3rd level, +1 skill at 5th, 8th, and every other level thereafter.
    Communications: Any but Radio Scramblers, Electronic Countermeasures, Laser, Microwave,
                Sattalite  Relay
    Electrial: Any except Robot Electonics, Electronics engnneer <sp>
    Mechianal:  Basic Mechanics (+5%) and Auto Mechanics only
    Esponge:  Disguise Only
    Medical:  First Aid Only (and usually taken due to their injuries)
    Miltary:  None
    Physical: Any (+15% where applicable)
    Pilot:  St Surfer (+5%) or Motorcycle (-20%), Jetpack (-10%) (yes, those are minuses)
    Pilot Related:  None
    Rogue:  Any (+15%)
    Domestic/Cultural: Any (+10%)
    Science:  Adv Math, Basic Chemstry, (+5%)
    Technical:  Any, except Lores not found in the Arcopolis
    Wilderness:  None (maybe Carpentry)
    Anchient WPs:  Any, except weapons longer than a Short Sword/Machete (excluding chain weapons)
    Modern WP's:  Anything smaller than a Carbine/sawed off shotgun
    Energy WP's: As above

    Secondary Skills:  Choose 7 at first level,
            +1 at every 3rd level from there, Restrictions as above, no bonuses.

    Money:  1D4x100 credits and 2D4x100 Black market goods, rathole apartment in the worst part of town, often shared with 1 or two other St Surfers/City Rats, or wherever they may slip by living (parents house, friends house).
    In $areas $1500 to start

    Standard Equipment:
        Fave mode of transport, best quality.  1 other St surfer vehicle,  2 Weapons of choice, survival knife or cheap switchcblade/butterfly/street knife, either lots of 'Punker' clothes (surplus and salvation army, miltary boots), or 3D4 "fashion" outfits (Fila, Rebok, etc), they usually wear their pants baggy with a chained wallet, and expensive sneakers.  Backpack, a lighter, and other sundry personal items.

    1D4 Minor Cybernetics, Same restirctions as City Rats
